this is my first time Forum ( don't understand everthing yet) 
We will arrive in Perth a the end of the month and like to buy a car
So I printed out the Notification of change of ownership ( Vehicle Licence Transfer)
I was a little surprised and confused
How to fill out the form for a foreigner?
Residential Address? Postal Address? WA driver's license number ? Proof of Identity?
Please Help

Hi,

For the residential address, use the hostel you will spend 'most' time at.
For the license number, you can use your overseas license number, if it does not accept it, call the registration Authority.
For proof of identity, use your passport, credit card and overseas license.

I'm getting old and worrying too much.I was afraid to forget to bring some document.
25 years ago, me and my wife did the same in  the US and didn't worry about anything
I have been through  the BBC web almost every day since we decided to go back on vacation in Autrallia .
