Description:

Holden Commodore Acclaim Wagon V6

We are a German couple and will be in Sydney from the 25th of December 2010. We sell our Holden Commodore that weve used during the last 3 months.

Car Details:
Year of construction 1997 (model 1998)
194.000 km
Automatic
Queensland-registration till 25th April 2010
Cruise control  very practical when driving long distances and can save you a lot of money for speeding fines
Air-conditioning
Good Tyres and brake pads
Remote central-locking
IPOD-Connection to Radio incl. cable
Good speakers
Electric seat adjustment

Equipment:
3 layers of foam-mattresses fitted to trunk (we slept in there whenever we could, better and a lot cheaper than a bed in a hostel)
Good 2-stove camping cooker with 4.5 kg gas bottle
Pans, pots, dishes & cutlery
Camping chairs
Esky with cigarette lighter connection
Boxes to store all the stuff
2 more Boxes for your clothes
Additional if needed: cheap tent for 2 people

Its no problem to seat 5 people in the car, you just have to fold the mattresses and put everything in the trunk.

The last roadworthy check was done on the 11th of October with good results. The big V6 engine is perfect for long distance driving (most vans have a smaller engine that is normally not built for driving thousands of kilometers in short time), engine keeps at a good temperature, no matter how long youre driving. Engine and interior of car in good condition.

We bought the car from a local in Cairns (it is not a completely run-down backpacker car as often offered here in Australia ;-). The car is a lot newer and didnt drive as much kilometres compared to most backpacker cars. It ran good all the time we had it and I wouldnt know of any reason why it shouldnt continue to do so. If you want to have a closer look at the car just send me an email and i will write you an answer as soon as i can.

Greetings from Melbourne,
Tomas & Lisa
